Key Responsibilities
As a Software Engineer at Recruit-CRM, you will be an integral part of the engineering team, contributing to all aspects of software development. Your responsibilities will include:

- Internship:
- Duration: 3 months
- Hours: 21 hours/week (Part-time)
- Stipend: INR 7,500/month
- Training Program:
- Duration: 6 months (Full-time)
- Hours: 42.5 hours/week
- Stipend: INR 15,000/month
- Full-Time Employment:
- Upon successful completion of the 9-month program, candidates will be absorbed into the company with a CTC of INR 7 LPA, subject to business requirements.
