Primary Responsibilities
As an Associate Software Engineer II, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Solution Design and Implementation: Designing and implementing solutions for application areas owned by your team.
- Ownership of Production Areas: Taking responsibility for the team’s product areas running in production and ensuring their stability.
- Learning and Development: Continuously learning and applying new system design responsibilities to enhance product functionality.
- Production Issue Resolution: Troubleshooting and resolving production issues and defects for the solutions owned by your team.
- Communication Practices: Ensuring effective team and inter-team communication practices while identifying areas for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications
