Capgemini is seeking an experienced Test Automation Engineer for its Pune location. As part of the Capgemini FS (Financial Services) team, you will support automation in the staging environment and work in an Agile setup, bringing DevOps and Shift Left solutions to life. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with modern tools and technologies such as Java, Selenium, Git, Jenkins, and Jira.
Key Responsibilities
- Automation Execution: Execute current dry run automation for the staging environment.
- Agile Environment: Work seamlessly in an Agile environment, contributing towards DevOps solutions.
- Troubleshooting: Solve technical issues related to automation and provide support.
- Learning: Stay open to learning new technologies and automation techniques developed by the development team.
Primary Skills & Competencies
- Java/Selenium: Strong command of programming in Java and working with Selenium for test automation.
- DevOps Tools: Experience with Git, Jenkins, and Jira is essential for this role.
- Problem Solving: Good analytical and troubleshooting skills to address issues effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
- Up-Skill: Willingness to enhance skills and learn Scala as per project requirements.
Desired Skills
- Selenium Automation: Expertise in developing and maintaining test automation scripts using Selenium.
